All content, materials, and product designs featured or used in the production of our packaging are the sole property of Prime Box Packaging. These materials are not to be resold or distributed to third parties. The company reserves the right to distribute free samples or display its product quality in any manner deemed appropriate.
Copyrights and Trademarks
By using this website, you acknowledge that all content including text, data, software, images, graphics, media, designs, and layouts (collectively referred to as ‘Our Website Content’) is the intellectual property of Prime Box Packaging.
Any modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, storage, or transmission of this content without written consent from Prime Box Packaging is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this material constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.
User Conduct on Our Website
Users are solely responsible for any content (including images, text, or media) they upload, share, or distribute through our website. By doing so, you agree that any material you submit does not contain copyrighted text, graphics, logos, or trademarks belonging to third parties unless you have obtained prior written permission.
Users agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of Prime Box Packaging or its affiliates.
Prime Box Packaging does not monitor all user submissions and is not responsible for their accuracy, decency, or legality. However, Prime Box Packaging reserves the right but is not obligated to remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed objectionable.
The company may disclose content when required to comply with judicial or legal processes, enforce its Terms of Service, respond to infringement claims, or protect the rights and safety of Prime Box Packaging and its users.
Returns and Refunds
Since all orders are custom-made, all payments are final and non-refundable. If an error is confirmed to be the fault of Prime Box Packaging, we will reprint or reproduce the order at no additional cost. No refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.
If you discover an issue or irregularity with your order, you must inform the company within 3 business days of receiving it. In case of an acknowledged printing error, Prime Box Packaging will reprint your original order but will not issue any monetary refund. Defects or faults will be assessed by our internal quality assurance department. Customers must return any defective product at their own expense within 7 business days to qualify for a reprint. Rush order fees are non-refundable.
Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and payments are accepted in the same currency. Production begins only after full payment including applicable taxes and shipping charges is received through an authorized payment platform.
Order placement includes submission of the final product design (digital file or hard copy). Once an order is sent to production, no changes can be made. However, orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of proof approval with a $30 fee plus 10% of the order total. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee to cover production costs. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery
Production time begins once full payment and design approval are received. During checkout, users can select a production speed that indicates the number of business days required for printing before shipment. Design approvals received before 10:00 AM (Central Time) begin production the same day. While Prime Box Packaging strives to ensure timely deliveries, the company cannot be held liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond its control.
Shipping timelines typically range from 10-12 business days for standard delivery and 6-8 days for expedited orders (with 2-3 days for ground shipping within the USA). Extra charges apply for remote areas. The company is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit. Incorrect addresses will incur additional reshipment fees.
No Liability for Errors
Prime Box Packaging is not responsible for errors in the final printed product related to:
- Spelling, grammar, or punctuation
- Fonts, dielines, or graphics
- Overprinting or fold cracks
- Cropping issues or print alignment
- Variations in final product size
Limitation of Liability
Prime Box Packaging and its affiliates, suppliers, and employees shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, revenue loss, or production delays. The company is not responsible for damages from human error, technical issues, pandemics, or events beyond its control.
Under no circumstances shall Prime Box Packaging be held liable for damages resulting from a user’s unauthorized or improper use of the website or its content.
