At Prime Box Packaging, every order is custom-made according to your specific requirements. Because all products are produced uniquely for each client, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we take great pride in the quality of our work and are committed to addressing any errors determined to be our responsibility.


Final Sale Policy

All orders are unique and produced on a made-to-order basis. All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or store credits will be issued under any circumstances. If an error is confirmed to be the fault of Prime Box Packaging, we will reprint or reproduce the order at no additional cost.


Reporting Issues

If you encounter any issue with your order, you must notify Prime Box Packaging within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide a detailed description of the issue for our review.


Reprint Eligibility

If our quality control department confirms that a printing or production error occurred, Prime Box Packaging will reprint your original order. No monetary refunds will be issued – only reprints. All defects or faults will be reviewed and verified solely by our designated quality assurance team.


Return of Defective Products

To qualify for a reprint, clients must return the defective product to Prime Box Packaging within 7 business days of receipt, at their own expense. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to ensure proper evaluation.


Rush Orders

Rush order fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
